Q: What are your candles made from?
A: D&DF Candle Co. makes its candles from all-natural soy wax. 
Q: What kind of wicks do you use?
A: Our wicks are braided cotton.

SHIPPING
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if for some reason your product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us via email, with photographic proof so we can fix the problem ASAP!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: Please allow 5-7 business days processing time for all orders. We use USPS to ship our orders.
